Ayurveda Beauty + Self-Care Workshop
Join Christina Vargas, Ayurvedic Health Practitioner for an evening of nourishment as we explore natural beauty and self-care rituals.
Ayurveda is a science that promotes vitality, health and wellness through our five senses by living in harmony with mother nature and the 5 elements: air, ether, fire, water and earth. In this workshop we will create intention for daily self-care rituals and explore our own intuitive needs for natural beauty products.
Each participate will make and take two full size natural facial products! And we will enjoy seasonally skin nourishing beverages and snacks prepare by Christina!
