Jeff Worley took the leap to teach yoga in 2022 after becoming a 200hr RYT through Dallas Yoga Center. His practice was originally just a way to deal with climbing injuries, but quickly became more than that thought as he spent more time in a studio than on the climbing wall.
Yoga has provided an outlet for anxiety, a way to achieve mental clarity and an exploration of what his body is capable of. After completing his 300hr YTT with Second Side Yoga, he’s found a renewed passion for sharing with others the benefits that yoga, pranayama, and meditation have brought to his life.
