The Vata Dosha | A Balancing Workshop
Ayurveda – the sister science to yoga – provides a framework to uniquely support each of us in our understanding of ourselves and the world around us.Over the course this communal 90 minute workshop with studio guide + founder of SimpleVeda, Christina Vargas, you will learn about the principals of Ayurveda, and discover ways to feel grounded by bringing warmth, consistency and stability into your life with nutritional choices, daily routines, yoga + meditation.
During our open conversation, students can expect to sit with blankets, bolsters and enjoy warm homemade chai… perfect for the season! All you need to bring with you is comfortable clothing you can move freely in – we will close this experience with a vata balancing yoga series + grounding meditation.
