Sacred Living – Ayurveda | A Workshop
Join us for a sacred experience as we cozy up with blankets, bolsters, chai + an in depth introduction to Ayurveda! Traditionally, Yoga and Ayurveda went hand in hand. One was not understood, nor taught, without the other. Ayurveda, or the “science of life” is the ancient yogic “medicine” that acknowledges individual differences, lifestyles, imbalances and treatments. For the yoga teacher or serious yoga student, an understanding of Ayurveda is part of a complete yoga practice and lifestyle. That said, if you are interested in learning more about how to balance the body, these teachings are useful for anyone and everyone!
In this workshop, Christina Vargas, Ayurvedic Health Practitioner will teach you the foundation of this 5,000+ year-old science. You will learn how to live harmoniously with simple seasonal practices, diet and asanas to be your most VIBRANT Self!
