iRest | Yoga Nidra is a wonderful toolset and practice for today’s fast-paced life that offers rejuvenation, integration and deep relaxation to its practitioners. You will lessen anxiety, depression, fear, anger, stress and discover the tools to bring joy, peace, well-being and intention into the forefront of your daily living. You will have a greater ability to relax and enjoy life, reduce insomnia, and diminish chronic and acute pain.
Each class will explore the layers of physical, emotional and subtle energy body with increasing refinement. Students can expect to lie down or sit comfortably during the practice using yoga mats, blankets and bolsters (limited props available, you are encouraged to bring your own).
