Intentional Living | A Mindfulness Meditation Workshop



Join us for an afternoon of learning, experiencing and deepening your daily practicing of living intentionally. During this 2-hour workshop, you will learn and practice various modalities of meditation and tools to bring mindfulness into your everyday living. Whether you are washing the dishes, folding laundry, driving or eating, living intentionally has profound benefits on your mental, emotional and physical well-being.

Nervous system disorders are one of the major causes of death and disability in America. This workshop aims to support you in feeling confident, nurtured and inspired to bring practices into your life that support you feeling calm, centered and peaceful no matter what turbulence you might experience.

Come to create or deepen your practices with visualizations, affirmations, breath work, gratitude practices, mantra meditation, the use of malas, yoga nidra, and more!

No experience necessary, all levels welcome. All hands-on tools will be provided as well as a light snack and homemade chai tea!
