It is an intuitive science that promotes health and vitality by balancing the natural elements within our body and mind. Join SimpleVeda’s Ayurvedic Health Counselor Intern, Belen Griffin for an informative workshop on how you can begin incorporating Ayurveda into your everyday life!
DURING THIS WORKSHOP YOU WILL LEARN:
- learn the 5 elements of nature and how they play a role physically, mentally, and spiritually
- understand each of the 3 doshas or body types and come to understand your own body-type constitution
- establish a personal wellness practice guided by nature with daily routines
- begin to understand ayurvedic nutrition and how to eat seasonally
If you experience imbalances that are preventing you from your true potential, come and learn how to create balance through this amazing healing science that has been used for over 5,000 years.
