Meditation has become one of the fastest-growing health resolutions in western culture. With a multitude of physical and psychological benefits, it’s easy to understand why.
A meditation practice can help reduce blood pressure, boost the immune system, relieve anxiety and depression, reduce stress, support hormonal balance, and weight loss, and reduce chronic and acute pain.
With a faced paced world we live in, come discover the magic and bliss of a quiet mind. Chakra meditation, mantra meditation, yoga Nidra, iRest, visualization, body scanning, and the like, each week we’ll be exploring a different modality of meditation to support deepening or creating your personal practice.
Classes will be held every Tuesday from 7:30am-8:00am and Thursdays from 12:00-12:30pm. These are led virtually by Nina or Christina.
