Nina teaches weekly yoga and meditation classes
Nina has been teaching yoga since 2017 and is passionate about health and wellness. Born and raised in Japan, she was surrounded by eastern practices and philosophy. However, it wasn’t until she moved to the states and developed health complications that she began to explore living a holistic lifestyle. She not only changed her diet but her life as well.
In 2011, Nina learned about Ayurveda through practicing yoga. She fell in love with the Ayurvedic lifestyle and the wealth of information it holds as a powerful modality to help restore one’s health and bring wellness into every aspect of our life.
