iRest | Yoga Nidra is a wonderful toolset and practice for today’s fast-paced life that offers rejuvenation, integration, and deep relaxation to its practitioners. You will lessen anxiety, depression, fear, anger, stress, and discover the tools to bring joy, peace, well-being, and intention to the forefront of your daily living. You will have a greater ability to relax and enjoy life, reduce insomnia, and diminish chronic and acute pain.
Each class will explore the layers of physical, emotional, and subtle energy body with increasing refinement. Students can expect to lie down or sit comfortably during the practice using eye pillows, blankets, and bolsters (provided). Students are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats.
Classes will be held every Wednesday (starting 11/11) in our studio space 7:00-7:30 pm
