Autumn Reset Retreat

A 4 day retreat for women in the Texas Hill Country

Begin Autumn with Intention

Whether you’re beginning our seasonal Ayurvedic cleanse or simply longing for a weekend to slow down, this retreat invites you to step away from the constant noise of daily life and return to a more grounded rhythm.

Throughout the weekend, we intentionally cultivate a peaceful environment where conversation naturally gives way to presence. You’ll find generous periods of quiet for journaling, walking in nature, resting, and simply being – allowing your nervous system the opportunity to settle and your mind to become clear.

In Ayurveda, healing begins when we create space. As autumn arrives and Vata begins to rise, this retreat offers an opportunity to nourish the body, quiet the mind, and establish the grounding routines that support balance throughout the season.

Starting our Autumn Cleanse?
This retreat is the perfect way to begin your journey. Step away from the distractions of everyday life, enjoy nourishing Ayurvedic meals, receive supportive therapies, and return home feeling grounded and inspired to continue your cleanse and routines.

Not participating in the cleanse?
You’re equally welcome. This retreat was created for any woman seeking a restorative weekend to reset her nervous system, reconnect with herself, and enter autumn feeling nourished and renewed.

Each day will begin with:

Meditation, gentle yoga, and nourishing seasonal Ayurvedic breakfasts, creating a calm, grounded foundation while embracing mindful mornings and moments of peaceful silence.

Each Afternoon will include:

Personalized Ayurvedic treatments, nourishing lunches, wellness workshops, cooking classes, peaceful nature walks, journaling, and restorative free time to simply slow down and enjoy the moment.

Each Evening will end with:

Yoga Nidra meditation, Ayurvedic talks, specially prepared dinners and time to peacefully wind down for restful sleep.

A Signature Shirodhara or Marma Therapy Experience

Every guest will receive one personalized Ayurvedic therapy of their choice – either Shirodhara or Marma Therapy – two of Ayurveda’s most cherished and deeply restorative treatments.

Shirodhara is a profoundly calming therapy in which a continuous stream of warm herbal oil is gently poured across the forehead to quiet the mind, soothe the nervous system, and invite deep relaxation. Many guests describe the experience as a meditative state that brings clarity, emotional ease, and a profound sense of peace.

Marma Therapy is a gentle, hands-on treatment that works with the body’s vital energy points (marma points) to release tension, improve the flow of prana, and support the body’s innate healing intelligence. Using light touch and Ayurvedic oils, this deeply nurturing therapy promotes physical balance, emotional well-being, and nervous system regulation while helping you feel grounded, centered, and renewed.

Combined with daily yoga, meditation, nourishing seasonal Ayurvedic meals, and the peaceful surroundings of the Texas Hill Country, your personalized therapy becomes an integral part of your Autumn Reset—supporting your transition into the season with greater balance, resilience, and vitality.

Retreat Guide

Meet
Christina

Hi, I’m honored you’re here.

I am thrilled to host my next retreat in Nosara, a BLUE ZONE of Costa Rica, an incredible place to remember your true nature.

As a long-time yoga teacher, certified Ayurvedic practitioner, and sound practitioner, I enjoy integrating many modalities of wellness during my retreats.

Immersing yourself in nature,  with vibrant food, therapeutic yoga, lots of time for mental rest, and conversations about manifestation, living well, and loving life create the perfect environment for growth and learning.

I will offer the kind of retreat I want to go on. No over-planned days – we will move our bodies each morning with a yoga class, and then we’ll spend time doing other things with our bodies; jungle walks, surfing (beginners welcome!), getting a massage, or endless walks on the beach.

I look forward to sharing this week with you!
