Garshana, a traditional Ayurvedic dry-brushing therapy, uses rhythmic, stimulating strokes across the body and joints to exfoliate dead skin cells, increase circulation, and encourage healthy lymphatic movement and drainage. This treatment is especially supportive for detoxification and is beneficial for those with a Kapha prakruti or vikruti.
Following the brushing, you will be cocooned in warm blankets and guided into a soothing herbal steam therapy infused with eucalyptus, peppermint, lemon balm, rosemary, and lavender. The warmth and botanicals gently support detoxification, clear the channels, and leave the body feeling light, refreshed, and renewed.
For those seeking deeper nervous system support, Shirodhara may be added to this treatment, extending the experience into a full two-hour ritual.
