Heather’s journey with Ayurveda began in 2017 when she first became a client of Christina. That experience sparked a deep and lasting connection to the practice, inspiring her to embrace a more yogic lifestyle and live in alignment with Ayurvedic principles. Over time, this personal transformation evolved into a professional calling.
In January 2024, she completed a 600-hour certification program to become an Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor. She is now continuing her education and deepening her clinical experience through an internship under Christina’s guidance.
Heather is passionate about helping others reconnect with their bodies and the natural rhythms of life. She aims to make Ayurveda both accessible and practical, supporting individuals in weaving its wisdom into their daily routines. In addition to one-on-one work, she is dedicated to spreading awareness of Ayurveda to broader audiences through education and community engagement—as a powerful tool for wellness and disease prevention.
