Client Case Study: How Crystal rewired her nervous system

A few weeks ago, I received the best kind of message from a client.

After working together for five months to regulate her nervous system, Crystal shared that she’s been sleeping great.

Herbs were supportive while she made diet and lifestyle changes, but once those were consistent, we were able to bring her off her herbal tincture, as well.

The tincture had beautifully supported her while she needed it most. But what I love about Ayurveda is how its diet and lifestyle practices can bring the nervous system back to balance, where then herbs are no longer necessary.

Watching Crystal’s transformation was incredible.

Her nervous system was in constant overdrive when we started. Together, we worked to de-wire it with:

  • Meditation and breathwork
  • Eliminating nervous system triggers
  • Balancing her hormones and cycle
  • Restoring gut health and elimination by pacifying Vata
  • Getting clear on her desires
  • Prescribed Marma therapy sessions

But the real breakthrough came when we addressed the emotional and energetic blocks behind her physical symptoms.

Crystal realized her heart wasn’t in her job, and the stress was weighing her down.

We created a plan to help her gain clarity and take action.

With the support of her family, she made the bold decision to quit her job and focus on being home with her kids.

Today, she’s sleeping better than ever, her digestion is balanced, and her nervous system has returned to a calm, regulated state. And the weight she’d been carrying has lifted.

If Crystal’s story resonates with you, we’d love to support your transformation. Book an Ayurvedic consultation with our team, and let’s create a personalized plan to bring balance back to your life.
